Fees:

Payments for sessions are due in advance.  Sessions may be purchased individually or at a reduced rate in packages. Paid sessions are transferable but not refundable.

 

Appointments and Cancellations:

All private sessions are by appointment only.  Group sessions are on the schedule.  We require 3 hours notice for cancellations. Your session is automatically charged if we do not receive the cancellation 3 hours in advance. Please respect this policy. Exceptions to the rule may be considered at the discretion of the instructor.

Studio Etiquette:

Please turn cell phones off or put on vibrate. Refrain from wearing heavy perfume and scented body lotions during your workout.
No food or drink, except for water, is allowed during your workout. No gum chewing please.
