Pilates Tower Class gives you all of the benefits of working out on Pilates equipment while enjoying the energy of an intimate small group setting.​

 

The benefits of a Pilates Tower Class comes from working with the resistance and range of motion that the Tower and springs provide.

Its springs, bars and loops add more exercise variations than a traditional Mat Class allowing the student to have a greater sense of whether he or she is stabilizing and moving with proper integrity and control.

 

Each class is designed to provide students with an overall body workout that strengthens, stretches and defines all muscle groups.
