Private Sessions

The best way to learn Pilates and begin your training.


In these one-on-one sessions, clients receive undivided attention from the instructor and are able to advance more quickly than they would in a class setting. Private sessions are customized specifically to the needs and personal goals of the client.

Semi & Group Sessions

Semi sessions are a more affordable option for clients who can also workout with a friend.


It is recommended that both individuals have a similar level of Pilates experience so that they are able to benefit and progress equally.

Group classes offer a range of benefits, including social connection, accountability, and affordability. Whether you are new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, attending group classes can be an great way to enhance your fitness and overall well-being.
