Private Sessions

The best way to learn Pilates and begin your training.

 

In these one-on-one sessions, clients receive undivided attention from the instructor and are able to advance more quickly than they would in a class setting. Private sessions are customized specifically to the needs and personal goals of the client.

 

We use and recommend Pilates equipment by Balanced Body

 

Semi & Group Sessions

A more economical option for clients who can also workout with a friend or friends.

 

It is recommended that all individuals have a similar level of Pilates experience so that they are able to benefit and progress equally.

 

Semi and group sessions can range from beginners to advanced.
